Sorry this post is so late lol, I’m trying to get better at being more consistent with my posts. Anyway, I had an amazing Valentine’s Day weekend not just the day of. My boyfriend took me shopping and I got to pick out whatever my heart desired, my family came down and we went out to eat, and I went to a wedding expo. The expo was so cool, it was at the Richmond Convention Center. If you are planning to get married, I would definitely recommend going to one. They had event planners, photographers, bridal gown places, venues, bakeries, and every other thing you could imagine needing for a wedding.
My favorite part of the expo were the dresses and the cute set ups the event planners and venues had. Caryn’s Bridals, Sealed with a Kiss, and Tiffany’s Bridal had some amazing dresses. I absolutely can not wait until I am shopping for my wedding dress, I will be stopping by all of these places. There was also a lot great tasting samples of wedding cakes and some other catering options. The William’s Bakery had some pretty cool wedding cakes, they looked great and tasted even better. The I like that everything wasn’t in one place, it was all spread out. The wedding dresses weren’t all in one place, everything was mixed in with each other. It kept it interesting and not overwhelming. It was so much fun, I’m happy his mom gave us tickets, and I can’t wait to attend when I am planning my wedding.
Just in case anyone was wondering, the outfit I am wearing was from our shopping trip that Friday. The top and jacket came from Rainbow’s (Yes, sometimes there are cool things at Rainbow’s). The shoes were from Sports Zone in White Oak. I’m not sure if you can really see the bracelets but they were handmade by me. Check out my shop here.
